Tính đến cuối năm 2022, chiều cao trung bình của của người Việt Nam chỉ xếp thứ 4 trong các nước khu vực Đông Nam Á, đứng thứ 153/ 201 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ trên thế giới.
Vậy, nguyên nhân chủ yếu do đâu?
Và, làm thế nào để cải thiện chiều cao, đặc biệt là đối với trẻ em Việt Nam?
Tất cả sẽ được giải đáp bởi Ths.Bs Thiều Thị Huyền Nhung – Chuyên gia sức khỏe Vị thành niên và học đường – diễn giả của workshop lần này.
Workshop sẽ tập trung vào các vấn đề sau:
- Hiện trạng chiều cao và dinh dưỡng của trẻ em Việt Nam
- Sự tương quan giữa chế độ dinh dưỡng và khả năng phát triển chiều cao của trẻ em
- Bí quyết tối ưu hóa chiều cao thông qua chế độ dinh dưỡng hàng ngày
- Giải đáp thắc mắc trực tiếp cùng chuyên gia dinh dưỡng
